Our services include project feasibility and highest-and-best use analysis, market studies, financial underwriting, stakeholder engagement and entitlements, and full-service project execution (including sales/leasing management, service and warranty etc.). We provide this scope fee-for-service, or as a co-developer.

Yes, Oben Build provides third-party construction management and general contractor services. We self-perform construction, ensuring a single point of accountability for your project. We will happily work with you on the appropriate relationship and construction contractor to suit your goals, priorities, and risk tolerance (fee for service or lump sum). Yes, Oben Group provides third-party asset management services for family offices, HNW individuals, and smaller institutions. Our current asset management portfolio includes industrial, retail, and multi-family assets across Southern Ontario. Our focus is on additive and proactive asset management, identifying opportunities for repositioning and intensification that goes far beyond ‘submitting a development application’ and captures the realities of tenant covenants, parking requirements, and optimizing synergies.
