ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES & SOFTWARE
Receipt of rent through various electronic payment options
Bidding and engagement of property service vendors
Monitor vendor performance, response and reliability
Maintain all Resident lease agreements and documentation
Administer Resident Portal access Resident lease compliance and associated correspondence
Receive/Act upon resident service requests
Provide active supervision of all property staff
LEASING SERVICES
Provide active lease renewal program in order to maintain full occupancy including marketing, showing, and screening
Detailed move-in and move-out inspections, as well as periodic inspections as needed

Prepare the annual operating and capital budgets
